

Manu Mathew is the co-founder & chief executive officer of Visual IQ. He is responsible for directing the company’s growth by expanding its client base to include Fortune 500 and Internet 1000 advertisers that face performance and optimization challenges inherent in multi-channel marketing. He is also responsible for expanding the capabilities of the company’s IQ Intelligence Suite of leading edge cross channel marketing attribution software products that help brands and agencies recognize opportunities for optimization hidden in their marketing performance data.
Prior to co-founding Visual IQ, Manu served as the managing director of Carat Fusion's Boston office where he managed the agency’s national CRM practice and helped triple the revenue and profitability of that office in three years. Before joining Carat, he served as chief operating officer at Vizium, a start-up digital marketing services agency. He helped profitably grow Vizium from initial inception in 1999 to the sale of the firm to Carat in 2002.
An accomplished author, Manu has written articles for publications such as Search Marketing Standard, iMedia Connection and others, and has spoken at industry events for organizations such as MITX, OMMA and ad:tech among others. He also sits on the Public Policy Council of the IAB.
Manu is a graduate of the College of Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York, where he holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering.

Anto Chittilappilly is the co-founder, president & chief technology officer of Visual IQ. He is responsible for the company’s overall engineering and technology innovation strategy and is the primary visionary and architect behind the company's IQ Intelligence Suite.
Anto is a recognized expert in the fields of marketing mix modeling, marketing attribution management and cross channel marketing analytics. Prior to co-founding Visual IQ, he served in various technical and business roles at Sun Microsystems. He also represented Sun at several Java standards consortiums to develop industry standards for data analytics, working with other providers such as Oracle, IBM, SAS and SPSS.
Prior to Sun, Anto spent time at Oracle where he designed analytical and business Intelligence tools for their 9i, 10g and 11g platforms. Before Oracle, Anto was with IRI where he was instrumental in building the world’s first multi-dimensional database tools.
A recognized thought leader, Anto has spoken at industry events such as ad:tech and the DMA Annual Conference, authors a monthly column for Online Metrics Insider, and has written articles for iMedia Connection, Target Marketing and BtoB Magazine among others. He is member of the American Statistical Association and American Marketing Association, and sits on the Research Council of the IAB.
Anto is a graduate of Calicut University where he a holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering and has certification in business communications from Harvard University.

Bill Muller is the chief marketing officer of Visual IQ. He oversees the marketing of the IQ Intelligence Suite of best of breed cross channel marketing attribution software products, including the company’s lead generation, branding, PR, analyst relations, thought leadership and sales support activities.
Bill is a recognized expert in BtoB lead generation and thought leadership both on the agency and brand sides of the industry. Prior to Visual IQ, he spent nine years as CMO at global performance marketing agency iProspect where he was responsible for all marketing and sales support activities. Bill helped grow that organization from start-up to the undisputed worldwide leader in its space during his tenure with the firm.
Prior to iProspect, Bill spent nine years as director of lead generation and database marketing at IT consulting and advisory firm Giga Information Group where he was responsible for all lead generation, database marketing and CRM activities prior to its acquisition by Forrester Research.
An accomplished author and speaker, Bill has written articles for Search Engine Land, DM News, BtoB Magazine, and CMO.com, and has spoken at the DMA Annual Conference, the CMO Club Summit, Search Marketing Expo, and the SES Conference among others.
Bill is a graduate of the College of Arts & Sciences at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts, where he holds a bachelor’s degree in English.

Angiras Koorapaty (“AK”) is the chief financial officer of Visual IQ. He is responsible for leading Visual IQ's financial operations and administration worldwide.
AK brings over 20 years' experience partnering with sales, marketing and engineering teams to drive profitable revenue and customer growth, as well as enterprise value at technology companies with customers and operations worldwide. He also sits on the CFO Council of the IAB.
Prior to joining Visual IQ, AK was chief financial officer of NitroSecurity where he was instrumental in leading the company through rapid growth in a capital efficient manner, completing 3 acquisitions to extend its product offerings, and its successful merger with McAfee, a division of Intel. Previously, AK held chief financial officer positions at Core Security Technologies, Webhire, and Corechange. He also previously worked at Allstate Insurance Company in various financial management roles.
AK is a chartered accountant and holds a bachelor degree in commerce from Loyola College, and an MBA in finance and investments from George Washington University.

Madan Bharadwaj is vice president of product management at Visual IQ. He is responsible for product management and innovation strategy for the IQ Intelligence Suite of state-of-the-art cross channel marketing attribution products.
Madan is a recognized expert in cross channel attribution solutions for the digital marketing space. He has a background in machine learning and a wealth of experience building advanced media analytics products. Prior to Visual IQ, he led the data analytics practice at Bluestreak where he was responsible for the development and delivery of advanced analytical offerings. While at Bluestreak, Madan developed a measurement-oriented approach for cross channel attribution that included pioneering a set of cross channel media mix metrics built through data mining of Big Data media datasets. Earlier, he developed an analytics and technology framework to reconcile web analytics and ad serving metrics.
Prior to Bluestreak, Madan was with global communications firm Isobar, directing the analytics group during the development of a portfolio optimization based bid management platform for search engine marketing.
Madan is a graduate of University of Madras, where he holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications engineering, and also holds a master’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Central Florida.

Vincent Antony is vice president of engineering & operations at Visual IQ. He is responsible for managing the Visual IQ teams that develop and engineer the cross channel marketing intelligence software products that make up the IQ Intelligence Suite. Vincent spearheaded Visual IQ’s methodology development, and served as a principal architect in the company’s research & development department.
A seasoned Six Sigma expert, he has led teams that have developed CMM Level 5 software systems. Prior to joining Visual IQ, Vincent worked at Wipro Technologies, where he was responsible for management of software development projects for companies such as Intel and NCR. During his time there he helped to build server management software systems at Intel using Six Sigma-based quality control methodologies. Prior to Wipro, Vincent was a software architect at Abacus Software, where he drove the design and development of the InTune self service platform.
Vincent is a graduate of the University of Calicut where he holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Shane McAndrew is the vice president of client services at Visual IQ. He is responsible for leading Visual IQ’s client services team in providing training and usage support of our IQ Intelligence Suite of cross channel marketing attribution software products, as well as strategic consultation to clients on best practices in cross channel marketing attribution and optimization.
Shane brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling digital strategy and analytics and client services teams in high-growth technology and professional services companies. Prior to Visual IQ, he spent four years as the senior vice president of performance marketing and analytics at full-service marketing agency Engauge, where he was responsible for the Connections Planning, Analytics, Social Listening, Campaign Management and Data Services divisions.
Prior to Engauge, Shane spent three years overseeing client services and key accounts for analytics software startup, Optas. During his career, he also held positions in analytics and client services at Yahoo! and Digitas.
Shane is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance.
