In 2016, Gartner recognized us as a "Visionary" in their Magic Quadrant for Digital Marketing Analytics. In 2009, twice in 2012 and once again in 2014, Visual IQ was ranked a leader in The Forrester WaveTM: Cross-Channel Attribution Providers. Our history

Back in 2006, Manu Mathew and Anto Chittilappilly founded Visual IQ to provide marketers with scientifically rigorous algorithmic attribution products they could depend on. We were in business long before many other attribution providers even existed.

Throughout the years, Visual IQ has remained committed to transforming the way marketers buy media and connect with customers and prospects through the introduction of a number of industry “firsts.” Here’s an overview of how we evolved from pioneer to marketing attribution leader:

  • 2007: We began delivering attribution between both online and offline channels with the launch of IQ Envoy.
  • 2008: We launched the IQ Sage media spend recommendation product. This elevated the science of attribution, from the discipline of pure analysis to the broader possibilities of optimization.
  • 2009: With the release of Audience IQ, we were the first attribution provider to bridge the gap between media performance and customer traits. We achieved “Leader” status in the first-ever Forrester Wave: Interactive Attribution report.
  • 2012: We released IQ Deploy, the first product to automatically push attributed metrics into media buying execution platforms. Also that year, the second and third Forrester Waves were published as two separate reports: The Forrester Wave: Interactive Attribution Vendors and The Forrester Wave: Cross Channel Attribution Vendors. Visual IQ received the highest overall scores. What’s more, Visual IQ was the only vendor to receive “Leader” status in the inaugural 2009 edition and both 2012 editions.
  • 2015: We launched IQ Envoy for Branding, which, for the first time, provided brand marketers with the technology they need to measure the true impact of each media channel and tactic on brand engagement. Also that year, we introduced a new TV Attribution solution to help brand marketers measure how television commercials drive brand engagement metrics.
  • 2016: We added the capability to rebuild our client’s attribution models on a DAILY basis – the first and only provider in the marketplace to do so. By updating models on so frequent a cadence, we enable our clients to optimize their campaigns using the most up-to-date insights available, rather than relying on information that was accurate a week ago, a month ago or even longer.
