  1. Regional Vice President of Sales (Midwest/Central) - Job Code USS003

Seeking candidates with 8+ years of corporate sales executive experience and a proven track record of selling complex solutions to the C-suite of Fortune 1000 organizations and closing 6- and 7-figure deals. Knowledge of media buying, advertising, and marketing technology strongly preferred. Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently, and yet as a member of the national sales team. Excellent communication and presentations skills required, as is the ability to articulate the value of technology in business terms to prospective customers. MBA preferred.

  3. Product Managers – Media Analytics Products – Job Code USPD001
  4. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, roadmap, spec development for upgrades/enhancements, rollout, go-to-market planning, partnership-development, client satisfaction and pre-sales. You will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects.

    You must possess a deep understanding of how media is bought, analyzed and optimized in the context of the business objectives behind the buying and the audience being targeted. You must be excited about the opportunities for technology in audience targeting and media optimization. You must possess a unique blend of media savvy, business savvy and technical savvy; a big-picture vision; and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending the time to understand client problems, distilling and formulating a generic problem statement, and spending hours white-boarding solutions to arrive at innovative products for the broader market.

    You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, working with the sales channel and key customers.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Managing the product line lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
    • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
    • Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily development/engineering, and marketing communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
    • Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
    • Analyzing, evaluating and building potential partner relationships.
    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketing/advertising industry.
    • Technology savvy.
    • This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites, mostly in North America.
    • Position is based in Needham, MA.
    PREFERRED:

    • Computer science or engineering degree or technology work experience.
    • Media agency experience, specifically, media buying & creative execution experience.
    • Media optimization experience.
    • Advertising technology experience is a plus (e.g. cookies, tracking)
    • Database marketing experience.
    • Audience data experience (BlueKai, Datran etc.).
    • Adserver experience (Doubleclick, Atlas).
    • Exposure to Social and/or Brand marketing experience.
