Manu K. Mathew, CEO


Manu served as the Managing Director of Carat Fusion's Boston offices. He helped triple the revenue and profitability of the office in 3 short years. Manu's additional responsibilities included managing Carat's National CRM practice. Before joining Carat Interactive, Manu served as Chief Operating Officer at Vizium – a start-up digital marketing services agency. Manu helped profitably grow Vizium from initial inception in 1999 to sale of the firm to Carat Fusion in 2002.

Prior to Vizium, he was Director of Technical Consulting at Primix Solutions, a leading Strategic Internet Services provider. He was responsible for growing the technology consulting practice in addition to adopting new technology for clients and improving operating efficiency. In the past, Manu has been involved in designing, developing and deploying large scale, high volume, and transaction intensive application solutions for numerous customers including Shell Oil, Baker Oil Tools, Nortel Networks, NEC Technologies, Sonnet Financial Services and GTE.

He is a graduate of the College of Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology, and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering.



Anto Chittilappilly, CTO


As the founder of Visual IQ, Anto is the primary architect of the company's core product analytical offering. He continues to lead the product and technology innovations at Visual IQ. Anto is a seasoned Six Sigma specialists and is recognized as a leading expert in the fields of Business Intelligence, OLAP, Data Mining, Data Warehousing, and VLDB processing. His experience in building profitable companies from the ground up, the power of six-sigma and his successful offshoring methodology are critical factors in the success of
Visual IQ.

Prior to founding Visual IQ, Anto was with Sun Microsystems in various technical and business roles including as a six sigma specialist and OLAP expert. Anto represented Sun in the JOLAP consortium to develop the industry standard for OLAP by working with Oracle, IBM, Hyperion, SAS and other leading analytics vendors in the industry.

Prior to Sun Microsystems, Anto spent 7 years with Oracle Corporation in a principal technical role where he designed Oracle 9i OLAP tools and Oracle Express multidimensional database tools. He started his career at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Anto holds a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Calicut University and Business Communications from Harvard University.



Phil Lambert, EVP


Phil Lambert is an experienced thought leader in predictive and descriptive marketing analytics, CRM, database marketing, and lead management. In his role as Executive Vice President, Phil has responsibility for the Company’s worldwide sales organization, with a focus on client acquisition and emphasis on customer satisfaction. Phil ensures that leading global brands are able to fully leverage the power of Visual IQ’s Intelligence suite of products, providing them the actionable insights required to rapidly and significantly improve their marketing results.

Prior to coming to Visual IQ, Phil most recently served at Fortelligent/KBMG, a Wunderman and WPP Group marketing analytics platform provider, where he developed and managed advanced analytics solutions for clients in the automotive, wireless and travel industries.

Phil brings more than 20 years of experience to his role, acquired at firms including e-Dialog, Harte-Hanks CRM, and IDG. He has addressed both on- and off-line marketing programs for client companies such as United States Postal Service, AT&T, Sony Electronics, Ernst & Young, CNA Insurance and General Electric.

He holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Babson Graduate School of Business.

An avid fly-fishing and motorsports enthusiast, Phil exemplifies the term "foodie", is a published wine and food author and embraces the spirit of volunteerism in his suburban Boston community whenever possible.



Vincent Antony, VP


Vincent Antony oversees Visual IQ's Indian operations. Vincent is a seasoned outsourcing expert and a Six Sigma specialist. Vincent has been responsible for implementation of Visual IQ's award winning quality methodology. Vincent has served as a Principal Architect in the R&D division of Visual IQ, USA before taking over Indian Operations.

Prior to joining Visual IQ, Vincent was with Wipro Technologies, India where he was responsible for the off-shoring projects for the US based clients like Intel. Vincent has also served as a Six Sigma expert and a CMM Level 5 implementer at Wipro.

Prior to Wipro, Vincent was Director of Engineering at Abacus Software, where he was responsible for the rollout of Abacus's well known product, InTune 2.0. Vincent led the efforts to implement the CMM Level 5 standard at Abacus Software.

Vincent earned his Computer Science degree from Calicut University.
