Outside of work, Manoj enjoys various outdoor activities, being active in local volunteering events as well as spending time with his wife and two young sons.
Manoj is an 11-year veteran of Nielsen Visual IQ, where he is responsible for driving the overall strategic direction of Nielsen Visual IQ’s customer success team while maintaining alignment with key client objectives and ensuring value delivery. Throughout this journey, he has worked tirelessly to develop and iterate best practices and deliver value to Nielsen Visual IQ's client base, all while managing the company's largest region and most complex clients. His strong track record for retaining clients and driving satisfaction and value reflects his passion for his clients’ business and strong belief in Nielsen Visual IQ's solutions.
In addition to overseeing and promoting the personnel growth, scale and efficiency of the customer success team, he also works closely with the sales teams to drive revenue growth within the U.S.
Manoj is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Business Studies.
