Visual IQ CEO Manu Mathew to Explore Marketing Attribution Success During Seattle Interactive Conference

Advanced Attribution Guru Joins Visual IQ Client BuildDirect For Unique Practitioner and Provider Perspective on Cross Channel Marketing Measurement and Optimization

Needham, Mass. – Oct. 8, 2014 - Visual IQ, the leading cross channel marketing attribution software provider, today announced that its Co-Founder and CEO, Manu Mathew, will explore a marketing attribution success story during the Seattle Interactive Conference on October 15. Mathew will join representatives from BuildDirect, a Visual IQ customer, to examine how the online home improvement retailer is leveraging marketing attribution to measure and optimize its cross channel marketing performance.

Who: In addition to Mathew, the session will include insights from BuildDirect’s Iain Rutgers, Marketing Analyst, and Tyler Vautier, Display Media Manager.

What: During the session, Mathew will provide insight into how advanced attribution works to quantify influences and synergies within and across channels, campaigns and tactics, and how the IQ Intelligence Suite has enabled BuildDirect to adjust its strategies to increase the performance of its marketing ecosystem. Together with Mathew, Rutgers and Vautier will explore why they pursued an attribution solution, as well as provide details around the implementation process, the insights, optimizations and results achieved to date, and the future that attribution will play within their organization.

Why: According to a recent omni-channel marketing report issued by Visual IQ and The CMO Club, a majority of marketers do not have the tools they need to manage and measure marketing performance data across a multitude of channels and devices. Marketing attribution, or the art and science of calculating how different channels ultimately lead to a conversion, helps marketers overcome this challenge by collecting and integrating multiple, disparate sources of marketing performance data and identifying specific changes that can be made to the marketing mix in order to optimize performance.

When: Wednesday, October 15 from 2:30 – 3:20 p.m. PT

Where: The Seattle Interactive Conference brings together entrepreneurs, developers and online business professionals to celebrate the convergence of online technology, creativity and emerging trends. This year’s conference is dedicated to “Makers,” or thought leaders who drive inspiration and change along with companies that integrate new ideas and visions and translate them into commerce. The event is taking place at the Conference Center at Washington State Convention Center. To learn more, see the full agenda or register, please visit the event website.
