“Grill the Vendors” Panel Will Address Best Practices for Cross Channel Marketing Attribution
Needham, MA – September 5, 2012 - Cross channel marketing attribution software provider Visual IQ today announced that CEO and co-founder Manu Mathew will address digital marketers at MediaPost’s OMMA Display Europe event on September 17, 2012 in London. Mathew will join a highly-anticipated panel “Grill the Vendors: Attribution Nation,” which will pin marketing attribution software executives head-to-head to discuss the role of attribution management in the future of advertising and media buying.
Panelists will deliver insights into their respective technologies and the complex impact of offline efforts with online campaigns, branding, earned media, social outreach, search and more. Visual IQ was recently named a leader in two separate reports on interactive attribution and cross channel attribution published by Forrester Research and was recognized for its attribution methodology and approach, reporting and analysis, service and support, as well as its product strategy. Mathew will address why Visual IQ’s attribution technology is truly cracking the code on attribution through its differentiated service and support, measurement of both online and offline channels and the quality of its science. Visual IQ provides marketing attribution software to leading marketers and agencies in both the U.S. and Europe, including AT&T, American Express, Omnicom, Orange Communications, and Zalando.
In this multi-channel world of disparate data, advertisers need to give credit where credit is due to maximize their marketing spend. Though certainly flawed, last click remains the dominant model, but the hunt for the right algorithm has led to the development of several attribution solutions. This session will explore the real state of attribution and examine the different solutions currently in the market.
With display advertising spending up 13 percent in 2011, OMMA Display Europe is MediaPost’s first display focused event that ventures from its U.S. home base, focusing on the perspective of the media buying and planning community. This event is taking place at the 8 Northumberland Center on 8 Northumberland Avenue, London.
